This policy explains how Birmecha Securities Pvt. Ltd. collects and handles personal data in connection with the Fast Finance Card and this website. We are the data fiduciary for that data.

1. What we collect

• Identity and KYC: name, date of birth, PAN, Aadhaar-based verification result, photograph and signature.
• Contact: mobile number, email address and postal address.
• Financial: income details, bank account details, credit bureau reports, and your transaction and repayment history with us.
• Device and usage: IP address, device identifiers, and pages visited on this website, used for security and to keep the site working.

We collect Aadhaar-based information only in the manner permitted by law and only with your consent, and we do not store your full Aadhaar number where the law does not permit it.

2. Why we use it

• To verify who you are, as KYC and anti-money-laundering rules require.
• To assess your application, set a credit limit and issue the card.
• To operate the card: authorising transactions, billing, collecting repayment and providing support.
• To detect and prevent fraud and to secure our systems.
• To meet our legal, regulatory and reporting obligations, including to the Reserve Bank of India and to credit information companies.

3. Who we share it with

We share personal data with credit information companies, card networks and the issuing processor, KYC and verification agencies, payment and collection partners, our auditors and professional advisers, and with regulators, courts or law enforcement where we are required to. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

4. How long we keep it

We keep customer records for as long as your card is open and afterwards for the period required by law - generally at least eight years from the end of the relationship for KYC and transaction records - after which the data is deleted or anonymised.

5. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on access-controlled systems. Access is limited to staff who need it for their work. No system is perfectly secure, but we are required to, and do, notify you and the regulator of a breach that affects you.

6. Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, withdraw a consent you previously gave, or ask us to erase data we no longer need to keep. Write to help@fastfinancecard.com and we will respond within the timelines the law sets. Note that withdrawing consent for data we need to operate the card may mean we have to close it.

7. Cookies

This website uses only the cookies needed to keep a session working and to keep the site secure. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, though parts of the site may then not work.

8. Changes to this policy

We will post any change on this page and update the date at the top. Where a change materially affects how we use your data, we will tell you directly.
